Experience and Hobbies:
I stated working from an early age at different companies (part time). Companies such as Mr Price, Identity, Young Designers Emporium (YDE), Zoo York and also the odd job such as a tutor at university, catering, promotion and bartending. After attending the Cape Peninsula University of Technology for four years, I got a degree in Internal Auditing. I was then afforded the opportunity to work as a junior internal auditor at Metropolitan Health, auditing medical schemes based all over South Africa. After a year I changed companies and started working at Pick ‘n Pay (PnP), as an Administrator responsible for national and international Virtual Airtime (purchasing stock, payments, reconciliation and reporting). After three years I felt a change was needed and got a TEFL certificate. A year later I started as a Foreign English Teacher for Aston School in Hanzhong, China.
My hobbies are playing the guitar, listening to music and riding motorcycle.
Teaching at Aston:
I joined Aston English in 2017 as a Foreign Teacher with Aston Hanzhong. I have gained various skills through my multiple jobs which has made teaching at Aston easier, such as communication, organisation and also time management. It has been a great start to my teaching career and I have a great relationship with all at Aston. I am looking forward to the new year and to making some great memories with the team.
